Lateral Movement in Sparring and Poomsae
One the second Tuesday of each month we will host an advanced topics practice open to area taekwondo practitioners. All levels are welcome, but topics will be chosen with black belt-level trainees in mind. The event is free for DC Taekwondo members, $20 for guests. Please RSVP here.
